Failing to update system software to Android 11, one ui 3

Hello, I am currently using the Galaxy A70, and my fingerprint sensor stopped working right after the option to update came along, it began to say "fingerprint not working", and then when I tried to update software it would finish and give me message saying "the downloaded file is invalid. Try downloading again" and I have tried 4 times now, it is a 1.8gb update and it still will not work. Help please

Ah Snap! I guess you need to contact Service Centre on Emergency Basis! May be device is failed. This updating process is failing devices in many cases.

Visit https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
Enter your area pin code. It will show nearest service center. Call them and ask whether your device parts are available there ?

Try to update with the help of smart switch PC app.

For this process, you need a PC or a LAPTOP with WiFi connection of atleast 4 gb.
Then go to chrome and search download smartswitch for pc and download it from Samsung website.

www.samsung.com/in/apps/smart-switch/

Then open smartswitch and connect your phone to your PC with USB cable. Wait for 2 minutes. It will show that there is a software update available. Download it by tapping on download. Make sure that don't disconnect or move your phone during the update. For your safety backup your important data to anywhere.
If it doesn't show any software update available, you have to go to service center and no other way.

No service center in my area. Sadly
