Facing call problem with A51

I am not able to call sometimes. Call getting blank. While sometimes people not able to call me. They are getting my number either switch off or not reachable. Any one facing similar  issue with Galaxy A51 ? I am facing this issue from past 2 months.

same problem in my A52, M21
but in both case Vodaphone SIM
in JIO SIM no problem

Yah it happend on my a52 once
But after an reset all settings it solved !

which settings u reset ? Was it factory reset or hard reset ?

Just Reset All Settings Option Under Reset
