I recently encountered an issue with my A52 4G Indian model after the April update. When receiving calls via the phone dialer, the earpiece and microphone would stop working after 1 second, rendering the device unusable for calls.
I visited the Samsung Service Center[Mumbai-Dombivli] for assistance, but they were unable to diagnose the problem and suggested it was a hardware fault, quoting a charge of 9.5-13.5k Rs. However, I decided to try an alternative solution. I flashed the February update using Odin3 and the Samfw website for the necessary files. Miraculously, everything returned to normal functionality.
If anyone else is facing a similar issue, I would advise against spending money at the service center. Their diagnosis may not always be accurate, and they could end up costing you both money and time.
