Facing bug in changing ringtone

My galaxy a14 is showing error in changing ringtone

This bug come from last 15 days

If I click on sound and vibration Then go to ringtone then automatically switch to home screen by showing this message your secsoundpicker keeps stopping

Clear app data for soundpicker and restart phone

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

Note: To delete files or uninstall apps that you do not use anymore, select a category under USER DATA. Then, tick items to select and tap DELETE or UNINSTALL.

Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.
