When i try to download latest security update The process show only 1% to 2% and showing to download again after sometime this always continue and the update not download yet . I think it is a bug issue while downloading the update . Please Samsung Team fix this bug.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
Not gonna work I've already uploaded the log file and then they will say to upload right again after the bug has occurred. So I don't think they are trustable As I've uploaded log file multiple times
