I would suggest that you research about how to get into the recovery mode of the phone and clear the system cache.

I was also gonna advice backing up your things and do a system reset from the recovery mode after clearing the cache but I'm afraid it might restart the phone will resetting which may corrupt the phone. If you do it, it's at your own risk.

You can download it manually and install it using the instructions on samfw.com

Maybe you can still install the latest one first by doing a factory reset (I don't know if the manual installation will start by factory resetting your phone or just update it 🤔) then maybe your phone might be okay. Otherwise you can just get the previous version and then it should be fine.

It's very often beneficial to reset the Cache, but this only helps when going from Full Android example 13 to 14. When going from different UI one's it sometimes helps. You can use SamFw website to get the latest Firmware for your phone and flash it again. I did this with my S22 Ultra because changing CSC broke OTA updates when changing it back, albeit I dont daily drive my S22 Ultra anymore.

I've been seeing a lot of comments about people flashing with different CSC, what's the purpose of doing that?

Certain regions receive updates before the other, but changing CSC also breaks OTA. What happens is if your going from Android 13 to 14 changing the CSC gets you the updates, but when you switch back to your current CSC and want to update from UI6 to UI6.1 it doesn't pick up and you have to stay with your new CSC until you manually flash the CSC region firmware of your phone via Odin to restore OTA.

Try booting your phone on safe mode. I doubt it's a software issue because even my wife uses the same device and I'm the one who updated it to Android 14 OneUI 6.0 and there are no issues.
You should also update all your apps, on Play Store and also on Samsung Store

I don't think I will comply with your tip in the future because of one unit experiencing issues.

Okay try it you'll see
While it's still using OneUI 6.0 maybe 6.1 will better
