Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

We would like to inform you that these files are automatically created when you install applications or files. They can regenerate every time you access downloaded files.

These system files do occupy some space on your device, but we can assure you that they do not pose any issues concerning device security.

Please Note you can't remove these folder/ files permanently from your device meanwhile you can clear data temporary from device.

How to clear app data: Open Settings >> Tap Apps >> Tap the app you wish to clear data from.
Please note: if you delete files from an app you often use, the app will run slower.

Tap Storage >> Tap Clear cache or Clear data >> Clear data and clear cache selected.

However, If you want to access the Previous Mail I'd, you can reset the mail id passwords by putting all valid details which you have filled while creating the account on mail.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
