Emergency Mode

Did samsung remove the Emergency Mode that was available on long pressing the power button ?

Mine it's activating if I fast press 5 times... if I long press then I have Bixby assistant. Try to press 5 times fast

That's emergency call...I'm talking about emergency mode (for battery saving)
