Once factory reset is done and you are done with setup phone from backup, need to get in touch with your mobile connection operator and ask them to provide QR for the esim. Can reassign estimate from the Qr.

When performing a factory reset, Samsung devices typically provide a prompt asking whether you want to keep or remove the eSIM profiles. If you intend to continue using the eSIM, you should select the option to keep it.

Make sure you use the Sim that Google has so you can verify by the number or otp and may be when you reset do the proper log out from the device all of your account first
