Dual whatsapp chat restoration problem

The dual app of samsung whatsapp does not restore backed up chats even after 12 hours of searching. Whereas in another phone restoration is very easy. Why so. Can some body knows this or have experienced the same problem in Samsung Galaxy A52S 5G

This is definitely a samsung bug. I was having huwawei phone and did not come accross such issue. My New Samsung Galaxy A52S 5G is having this issue as well. Seems like they do not want to check even. Truly dissapointing.

Guys i also had the same problem , but i think there's a solution for it , which is more of a quick fix rather than being a solution. Anyways what i did was i created a copy of whatsapp on my secure folder and opened an account over there and i opened another account on the main whatsapp which is on the home screen

Well the issue has been resolved on the latest update hence you no longer need this fix

Probably fixed with Galaxy A series but with Galaxy M series it is not yet. Yesterday I had to factory reset my M 52 and the same problem persists

Well now I am using A M52 and i able to use both the whatsapp's at the same time try updating the software and if the problem still persists then delete and deactive the dual whatsapp in the settings & add whatsapp in the secure folder

After you confirmed, I tried the process again. I uninstalled and reinstalled the second WhatsApp and tried it. NOW IT WORKED.
