Is there a way that does not stop downloading and uploading when the phone is locked?

Is there any solutions?

I dont use data saver but still it stop Whenever i lock my phone

Turn off battery optimization for that app and turn off power saver.

I also encountered this problem a month ago and then I realised that this happens because of background running restrictions. Check if you have put the browser in sleeping or deep sleeping mode. Don't put background restrictions if there are any.

Turn off restrict background data usage of that app(play store or galaxy store), also check if that app is in sleep mode or what
