worst phone ever used thats the samsung co.pany regret the day i decided to take A 50 samsung phone. Phone gets overheated , doesn't take charge easily.

first how do you upgrade your phone...is it by wifi or sim data?

Get your phone flashed at Samsung care. My wife had certain issues with her Samsung A50, they got resolved with that.

To resolve "charging" issue kindly follow the given below step:

>>Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.

>>Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.
