Display touch issue

I'm using A33 5g for 9 months now .I'm facing touch issue with it , randomly touch screen stops working for 10-15mins . I went to service centre they replaced the display still facing same issue .I got this issues 10-15 days from my date of purchase. The service center person told me u can replace the motherboard but he also told there is nothing wrong with the motherboard.

Try this use your volume down key and power key press simultaneously and then you will see the restart
