Contact Samsung CEO or Samsung Service Head via email with the previous reported issue and explain it. And force them to change the device or ask for Refund. As what was happend in the display in service centre you are not been told. So you have to prove this point that you have reported the issue in Samsung Replacement policy earlier but Service centre tweaked the issue without informing to the customer. You have all rights to force Samsung. Or contact Samsung Korea head office and explain these all type of cheats doing by service centre and Samsung India.
