I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the continued delay in receiving the One UI 7 update on my Samsung device. Many users, including myself, have been waiting patiently for one ui 7 update for A54, but it's becoming frustrating to see that newer models like the Galaxy A56 , A36, A26 and S25 series are prioritized while existing loyal customers are left behind.
It feels as though this "delay is intentional to boost the sales of newly launched devices", which is quite disappointing for those of us who have supported Samsung over the years. I expected better transparency and fairness from a brand of your reputation.
We would like to inform you that Android 15 (UI 7) will be initially available for the A54 model, scheduled for release around the end of June 2025. Other devices will follow shortly thereafter.
