Hello  fellow Samsung Community

I'm sharing my frustrating experience again for the same issue with Samsung's repair service. Despite ya repair attempt, the same issue persists with my new device samsung a35 5g which case was running recently .The issue I've mentioned to the customer team
 I've visited the repair center after repair they r saying "that don't be delusional we can't see the issue we did this that etc" and this how they behave. Unfortunately im suffering 🙂. but the problem remains unresolved.



I'm requesting to look after this matter that what kind of things are samsung is doing to customer. As a loyal customer i expect solution and help from ya team but this thing left me speechless it seems like legal remedies will solve this finally seriously. 
 Pls look after this urgently on a priority basis asap and to provide me a positive resolution,
I'm tired from ya service team sucha poor service team and their behavior seriously only I'm suffering ik how frustrating it is .
 I trust that Samsung values its customers' satisfaction and loyalty. I look forward to a positive response and resolution, which will restore my confidence in the brand. I hold high hopes that your dedicated team will address my concerns and provide a seamless experience.
Please, Samsung, look after this issue and resolve it .I eagerly await your prompt response and resolution.

I bet the service center team 101 percent going to create excuse and blaming me for problem again . Seriously disgusting.
Bro after repair it's only not even 24 hrs the issue came again
This time again i contacted higher team expecting that they will resolve this time perfectly or else I left with legal paper works new phone and this issues damnn. 🙂

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
