Reboot once every 3 days, also try optimizing apps n delete app cache of device using recovery mode given in the video below 👇

Also stop holding ur phone at top part coz that's where cpu is n ur body temperature won't cool it down

Put apps you don't use to deep sleep n visit my profile and read that "tips for one ui 4", follow those three points n see if the heating reduces. 😊

Also is A51 Exynos based n are you in One UI 4?

If those didn't work n that overheating message keeps on showing, then u have to take it a service centre, it might be a hardware issue.
