My A70s has recently got updated to android 10 and I had listen that in android 10 you will get dark mode for third party apps
But in Facebook, google , my jio , newspoint, and amazon I didn't got dark mode

If it is applicable then anyone please tell me how to apply it manually

There is nothing like dark mode for 3rd party apps..all these applications have their own setup, but you can achieve it by enabling force dark mode feature(available in developer options)

settings>developer options>enable force dark mode..

Happily you're wrong, google announced dark mode for third party apps together with Android 10, Brands like pixel, Xiaomi on Miui 12 and other pure androids already implemented that feature. Android calculate the best colors for each app and mostly looks really grate. I tried with a loot of apps that change nothing on its code, like my banks apps and apps developed by myself

@Victorwads...google announced, so???? it totally depends on 3rd party apps and slowly slowly all apps are implementing it..google gt, whatsapp gt..so, sndroid 10 doesn't meant these apps should get dark mode by respective mobile company..
