Update-just told me to sent a copy of my bill and never replyed i think as before they told the customer service of samsumg that customer meaning i created dent on my new phone and then bought it to service center and started blaming them....i didnt contact them and will never do so....even i told at least replace frame they are not ready to do so but still they are blaming me and finding any lies to put my case to end
