Control panel blur ?

After updating my controll panel doesn't show the clear transparent colourfull look like it used to do before the update! 2nd pic is collected and 1st one is mine, 1st one looks like it got nerfed over some grayish cardboard no matter what wallpaper or scenario i use its no help! Any solutions ?

Go to settings then accessibility and turn off reduse transpiracy and blur option
