Control center of notification panel disappears

Whenever I have huge number of notifications in the notification panel, the control center above the notification panel would disappear. Attaching screen shots for reference.

Remove the notification

Set the number of notifications from all to last 3 from Settings > Notifications > Advanced Settings > Show notification icons.
