I have A7(2016) model. It currently runs on 7.0 Nougat. I don't know how or when this happened, bit it seems to be a problem. Anything can be toggled from my control panel on lock screen without unlocking. This is a serious security and privacy issue. This clearly means that anyone can switch on/off my data, or Bluetooth or anything else.My brother has the same phone, but one needs to unlock it first before changing any setting through control panel. What should I do. Will factory resetting my phone help?

Thanks for sharing your concern with us. We would like to offer you some troubleshooting steps as they might be able to resolve the issue:
