Connection problem

My A14 has a problem with connection features excluding mobile data . Bluetooth, wi-fe and hospot can't be turned on , any help?

My a05 is having problems with opening wifi, Bluetooth and hotspot. I've resert my network settings and Bluetooth settings

Airplane mode: Ensure airplane mode is turned off as it disables all wireless connections including Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. 

Software updates: Check for available software updates and install them, as outdated software can sometimes cause connectivity issues. 

Restart your phone: A simple restart can often resolve temporary glitches. 

Check settings: Double-check that Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Mobile Hotspot are all toggled on in your settings. 

Network settings reset: Try resetting your network settings to refresh your connections. 

Check for physical damage: If your phone has recently been dropped or damaged, this could be affecting the functionality of the wireless components. 

Also try booting your device in safe mode and try the connections.... if they don't respond factory reset will be your last resort
