Both are the same google stock widget but one is stylish and another is simple how can I get stylish widget (blur/below)

Simply hold the widget for few milliseconds then click on settings then there you can customize the widget😊

That way I can change the colour and add different icons but I want that type of style like a more dark border around the widget making the look like pixel 9 pro camera
