Charging problem

I am having samsung A14 and i am having charging problems.

1. It isnt showing fast charging anymore

2. The usb cable is charging from one side only. The cable is fine as i charged other samsung phones with it and its charging fine.

So is there a problem with charging port or what and if yes then how can i resolve it??

I would suggest restart your device and try again hopefully it will work

I tried it but it still didnt work... i even tried to clean my charging port but it still aint working...
I used tooth brush and gentle blows in the charging port to clean it

Kindly charge your's device in cool atmosphere also during charging turn off internet also reset all settings of your's device in general management settings then try to it's again. What's the exact issue?

Check after each steps if it start showing the fast charging on device care or not.
1. try another cable.
2. Restart and check
3. go to the dialer and use *#9900#(might not work in all devices and also might launch different activity so search on the internet to confirm for your device) and then tap batterystats reset and exit. Donot use other function except for that or use at your own risk
4. Turn off and on the fast charging toggle
5. Power off the device press and hold power and vol up while powering on then on the menu choose wipe cache partition>yes and choose reboot system
I had a similar issue but for my device it is temporary and has to do again and again after few hours
