Charging problem

I face a problem when I'm getting my phone in charging while switching it off... It didn't working super fast charging when I get it in switch off but in normal time while switching on it works.... Please look into this problem...

I've tried many way to fix it but I can't...
Is only I face this problem or everyone??

original adapter and original cable will create fast charging by enabe in battery settings
