hi friends i have samsung A71 model mobile but i am having problem to charge super fast this phone is charging normal charge but super fast charger is not charging please help me If super fast charger is connected it is only getting cable charging or fast charging sometimes it doesn't connect.First it was called superfast charging, now it doesn't connect, sometimes if it connects, it's called fast charging or cable charging. Is anyone facing such problem or had any one please help me

Step 1. Go to Settings > Device Care.
Step 2. Tap on the Battery icon.

Select one of the charging modes below, based on the type of authorized fast charger you have.
To enable any one of the charging modes, simply tap the switch to the right side.
Fast charging: Enable this mode if you are using the Adaptive fast wired charger. Superfast charging: Enable this mode if you are using a wired Super fast charger. Fast wireless charging: Enable this mode if you are using a fast wireless charging pad.
