This is the second time my device charging PCB and port getting complaint after the update the company is not addressing the issue with their testing.. the first time service center claimed the port got physically damaged and I was okay as the device was about to be 1year old and it could have happened and I didn't confront them for the poor charging port as I still have my Galaxy S8 working just fine after all these years. They're using poor components in devices like Galaxy A series phones especially the one I'm holding A52s. Then I paid for the replacement under warranty and now the same issue after the recent update. The service executive does not have an answer as he was the same guy attended the issue previously.
I need answers or I'll be approaching consumer court as it's not just me 2 of my other friends have the same issue.

I'm sorry to say this.. a bunch of useless people sitting in your service. They asked me to visit the service center. They are asking me to replace the charging port and the entire charging PCB again... I'm not paying for that.
