Charging Error

I have this new phone, Galaxy A03. Of late, I'm disappointed since it cannot charge unless I switch it off. Sometimes it will show charging error until I replug the charger. I have tried different cables and adapter but the situation remains the same.

Hi there, please check whether the charging port is damaged. I suggest you to visit a Samsung authorized service center to get the device checked.
