Galaxy AA50s surely new mobile type c cable right so check with other charger if prob arise maybe check the mobile charging port of it is bend r dust in that case u can't do anything go to nearest Samsung center tell your prob probably they will sort out issue.your mobile having warranty so no prob move on.

1. Kindly check the power socket functionality with a different device or try to charge the device in a different power socket.
2. Check connectivity
Please check whether the charger cable and adapter is fixed well. Remove charging cable and reconnect with mobile phone properly.
