Hello! You can try to perform perform a soft reset by pressing and holding the power button and volume-down button simultaneously till the device restarts.

*The phone may take a screenshot, but please keep holding the buttons.

Then try to update your software: 

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap About device.
4. Tap Software update.
5. Tap Download updates manually.
