Samsung Galaxy term survice,I am writing to report a problem that when i create a fingerprint I see the interface how to create a fingerprint but when I tap my phone with my finger I don't see any percentage.Due to which I am not getting the benefit of biometrics. So please solve this problem asap.My phone samsung galaxy A31

As per your concern, we would request you kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Remove the screen protectors and cover from the device once and check the issue after restarting the device.

How to restart the device: Press & hold the power key> Restart> Tap again to Restart.

Please follow the below steps to set the Fingerprint:
Path: Settings> Biometrics and Security> Fingerprints> Add Fingerprint> Scan your fingerprint>Place your finger on the sensor, then lift it off when you feel a vibration> Continue> Reposition your finger each time to capture the edge of your fingerprint> Done > Fingerprint added successfully.
