Look at top notification menu section...i mean the button on top quick access panel...if you don't find it there try to edit buttons...

NOW CHECK AT TOP CORNER
IF SAME ICON YOU SEE THEN ITS AVAILABLE ON YOUR PHONE

SEE IN SCREENSHOT!
AND CHECK WETHER IT'S SHOWING OR NOT ?

If your phone support smartview, then swipe down notification panel. Yu will se that option.
If not there, then add the button by tapping on 3 dots and tap edit buttons.
If you see this option, then drag it to main buttons.
