#Camera problems

Hallo can anyone help me with my device camera, if i open the app then the screen shows black

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below;

Clear the cache of the Camera app.
To clear an app's cache:

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select the sort by icon next to 'Your apps'.
5. Select the switch next to 'Show system apps' and select OK.
6. Select the app you'd like.
7. Select Storage.
8. Select Clear cache.

You can also reset app preferences if the issue persist;

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select the menu icon in the top right hand corner.
5. Select Reset app preferences.
6. Select Reset.

Do  soft reset your device. Press and hold the power and volume down buttons until the device restarts ( this will not erase data, it is just to reboot the device)

Also ensure your device's software is up to date

I cleared cache and is still receiving the same message on my A13
