Today 8/9/2024 at 2 pm my camera failed.
When i open camera it shows warning camera failed. Please concern to problem 
Model: Samsung galaxy a21s 
Please fix it fast😔

Firstly I killed the camera app via force stop button, then I cleared it's chache memory and then phone restart

Ooo so you are saying it happens again after 4 5 hours... in that case take a backup of your phone and do a factory data reset maybe it will solve your problem.
Also check for your model in youtube and Google if anyone else is facing that issue, if that issue is with every a21s then it's a bug by samsung and you can't do anything other than visiting service center.

No when i restart phone camera works for 3 to 4 hours

Definitely it's a Software Bug, wait for any Bug Fix. If problem still exist after Update, reset your phone

As per your query, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data
Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue still occurs, please visit the service centre for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service centre with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
