Yes, it happens oftens not only with jio network, but also with other service providers too. At times, one of the two sims goes to sleep automatically. Someone calls you and hears the number is not available now. You need to restart your phone to get the sim active again.

yes the Samsung A50 is a cropper. The Customers have been saddled with a useless phone.

The connectivity issue is so BAD that despite escalating the complaint to the CEO level and getting the Phone Hardware fully replaced the Problem still persists.

Samsung will not replace the Phone or give our Money back so that we can upgrade to a higher model.

Hi there,

We would suggest you to follow the mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

1- Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel >Settings >General Management >Reset >Reset network settings).

2- You may check by exchanging the SIM in SIM slots and also try using different network operators.

If still issue persists then we would suggest you to contact your service provider.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members application (Open Samsung members app >> click on “+“icon > send feedback >> error report / ask question).

Regards,
