Hello everyone!

I had a Samsung Galaxy on7 prime that got damaged after being exposed to water. Now the display and the touch screen do not work. The usb debugging mode is not enabled and I would like to move all the data to my new Samsung A54 mobile. Is there any way to do this?

Also is Samsung cloud of any use here?

 Any help would be grateful!!

If only the touch isn't working but the screen is visible then you can connect a mouse through the usb port

Actually the screen display is also gone. But I did try to use otg and Google assistant to turn on wifi. But since usb debugging is off couldn't get much help. Thanks for the help though!

You can go to a local repair shop and request them to attach another screen which has similar connection pins to the motherboard as the original . This way you can unlock the phone and backup the contents in the repair shop
