Bogus Software update

Yesterday I updated latest software after some of my phone feature changed. Which is not user friendly. Bogus update. Not able to calling while Teams meeting going on. Pls send the link so that I can resume previous version software.

Send an error report along with log files to customer support through this members app and Samsung will fix it in the next update. To do that follow this procedure
Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Path share log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
