Blur effect in recent apps

The blur effect is not visible when growing from an 'App To Recent Apps'

It is only visible when going from 'Home Screen To Recent Apps'

There is no effect in this place. This is because the bottom bar has to be moved to the right and left. So you can go to any previous app
