It was Monday when i went to service centre for asking screen replacement cost for my Samsung A7 2016. They said it would cost 6100 INR and would take 3 to 4 days for replacement. I have not taken any advance amount cause i didn't know. Again I went on friday this time they told me 6200 INR and waiting time for 20 days also their behaviour was so rude. I refused to give because of the duration as well as price difference. I am very upset for this type of service and support. Is this the way that you people deal with the customer at service centres. You do not take responsibilities after selling your products
Shame on your services staff behaviour. Provide details for this difference.
