My phone's battery isn't charging. It keeps showing me a alert that phone's temperature is too low that's why it stopped charging. Whereas, the phone's hot. The battery is only stuck at 3% and isn't going up. Samsung Members app told me about a battery issue long back but today, the app doesn't even recognize if I put my phone to the charging cable. The phone is A32 (4G).
