I have noticed in my mobile the battery backup is not satisfied .
When i charge at the same percentage daily means daily to 80 then it will give 1 percent for 5 minutes if i have charged to 77 or below 80 then the battery backup is fell down to less than 3 minutes i am observing this from more than 7 days and what is this just solve this type of issues when going out is not satisfied with this backup and so much of frustrated with this and i am so disappointed this with this samsung . And this is repeated while using with battery saver or without battery saver

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Yes, Same with M35. If I charge 80% . The first 2% gives 20-24 minutes battery backup that means 10-12% per minute. After that it gives 5 minutes for 1% . It continues to 70 % . Then it again drops and gives 4 minutes for 1%, it continues to 50%. After 50% it gives 3 minutes for 1%. Also it drops 3-5% battery after the use automatically and at night it drops 7% of battery if I left mobile data on.

We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

Note: Charge in one go instead of charging many times as it affects the life span of battery and battery performance.

1. Perform Battery Optimization: Go to Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage, and Memory.

2. Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth etc. when not in use.

3. Check device network fluctuation.
Avoid usage in areas with low network/fluctuation.

4. Reduce the display brightness level or set the device to auto-brightness mode.

5. Adjust screen timeout settings: Go to Settings > Display > Screen timeout > Select the minimum screen timeout.

6. Check which application is or interface is using more battery from device care and try to update app or avoid using that app.

7. Close background running apps.

8. Turn off auto sync of e-mails, app data etc.
Open notification panel > Turn off auto sync option.

9. Update software: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install > Check for software update > If Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.

10. Reset the device:
IMPORTANT:
โ€ข Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
โ€ข Remember google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
โ€ข If you do not remember it, then reset, (Forgot password) your google account.
โ€ข For this:
โ€ข Open Gmail (https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin) > forgot password >Select ""try another way"" > Next > Enter a new password > Next

Please follow the below steps to reset the device:
Settings > General Management > Reset > Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup > tab on Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps)

If the issue still persists, after performing all troubleshooting steps, would request you to please visit the service center. Below is the link to find nearest service center

How many times should i reset already done 2 times but still it is not resolved i am so frustrated how much i loved the samsung now that much hate is coming on this one update policy and 2nd this battery issue now i am thinking why i bought but still hoping for you will doo but you didnt do anything suffering from this issue is very difficult on travelling and i am very dissapointed and i am done with this issue sometimes i am frustrated like to break the mobile but not so pleaseee i am very kindly reuesting you the samsung please give an update about the battery on the samsung please its my request pleaseeee ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™ please resolve this as soon as possible ๐Ÿ™
