we bought samsung a20 few days phome is very nice i notice the battery draining very fast
pleaee the all samsung galaxy a20 users
2.phone hanging problem
3.please improve the camera quality
4.please enable #CAMERA 2 API 
THE MOBILE DOSN'T SUPPORT GOOGLE CAMERA
PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM
5.call dropping issue
6.phone heating problem
7.please enable notification led on V NOTCH
PLEASE ENABLE THE DATA USAGE IN NOTIFICATION PANEL LIKE VIVO PHONES
8.FACE LOCK IMPROVEMENTS
9.SLOW MOTION ADD PLEASE

You should manually check for updates and stop background apps from running that should solve the issue I guess

sir i manually check update but not update recieved and i using the phone in power saving mode usally phone give 4-5hours on screen time
