Battery drainage issue and face scanner inaccurate in SAMSUNG GALAXY A50 .

Fix the issue over update or I'm moving to consumer forum to launch a formal complaint. It's written 4000 mah battery. But gives a backup of 10 hours with minimal usage. Also, face unlock works with any face, and eyes closed. Is spending 23k a joke? Fix this or get ready for a lawsuit
