I am facing battery draning issue on my galaxy A20 device after Android 11 update. Seems I put my phone in 45% charge at night and then I saw in the next morning my phn charge is 19% without any use, so that's y I go to servicing center and they put software in my phone but still I was facing same problem. So it is my earnest request to Samsung kindly solve this problem in the next update as earlier as possible.

Drain your battery to 0 and full charge with switching off your device. Problem will be solved...

It is software bug issue go to service centre tell dem to install android 11 again bcoz i ve talk to custormer care dey told me dis only n i m also facing same issue like ur

Already done all this bt still i m facing same problem bcs it's software bugs, hopefully Samsung will solve it in the next update.

I faced this problem android 10 and also 11 , currently my phone battery 20% to 0 down suddenly. In case Restart my phone increases battery % . So many bugs .
