We want to inform you that you can restore your data from the Samsung cloud if you have done the backup of your data. Please follow the below steps to restore data from the Samsung cloud:
Settings >> Tap on Accounts and backup >> Tap on the Samsung Cloud >> Tap on Restore data >> Tap on Restore >> Tap on done.
Note: You can choose the device and data you want to restore.
In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
