Backlight doesn't turn off

Facing an issue where the backlight doesn't turn off wherever any black picture is shown on the screen (it should). This issue is seen or whenever the part of a picture is black. The A33 doesn't have this issue. I believe the A52s had this issue too which was later solved via software update. Kindly look into this as this beats the purpose of having an AMOLED display.

Not solved on A52s.. they fixed just AOD.

Ok. What was the issue with AOD on that device? Can you please explain?

Backlight problem.. fixed with 4.1 update, but theres not resolved backlight problem when view black image or video.
