Galaxy Aif not such issue then problem created by any other apps
steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.
Keep in mind that in this mode only inbuilt system app will work

Galaxy A1. Corrupt data in the device's memory
2. Incompatible third party application
3. Modded app installed
4. Cached data stored ( after recent update )
5. Hardware problem
these are the things which causes the auto restart issue
now solution :
1. keep your data safe and stored somewhere else
2. turn on your phone in safe mode , if in safe mode device still get auto restart than your issue is something else or if device do work well in safe mode than its caused by system cache
3. goto recovery mode clear the system cache and data .
if even after all these and factory reset cant resolve your issue than you need to re flash the firmware means corrupt update OTA issue
rest advice you to visit a good service center
