got my a71 in March this year, after around 4 weeks it stopped charging completely with the charger it came with, no other Samsung charger works and the charger has been tried in a friends phone and works fine. I can only charge the phone with an unofficial charger and that is very slow. I have done all of the trouble shooting methods (system reboot, cache clear, safe mode etc) and still not working.
Took the device in to a Samsung store and was told the phone had been immersed in water?!? It certainly had not! Checked the litmus type paper inside of where the sim goes and this is still white (believe it turns pink when there has been water damager as per this link https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001077/)
Any other explanation before we have a 2nd lockdown and im stuck again!
maybe your charging port is damaged which is why its not charging up. visit nearby Samsung service centre and ask them to inspect the device and replacement of charging port if its damaged...
