Automatic switching off and not turning off

I really facing this issue lately. I had faced the same issue some months before so I went to Galaxy service center and they told me to upgrade and reset the software. I had done then that and issue solved. But after months I started to face the same so I had done upgrade and reset but the issue persists now.

if you really did the factory reset and the problem is not solving then you need to consult near a authorized samsung service center..

Check device in Safe Mode.
1. Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.
2. Press and hold the power off icon.
To exit safe mode just restart your device.
